Thomas joined Wright Ford Young & Co. in 2004. Thomas oversees the tax compliance for clients as well as consults with clients on tax planning and tax strategy.
Professional Experience
Thomas has been providing strategic tax planning and compliance services for closely-held, middle market companies and individual business owners in various industries including real estate, manufacturing, distribution, e-commerce, and professional service firms.
His range of experience includes advising on capital gain reporting strategies, income deferral and expense acceleration techniques. Thomas is proficient with partnerships, corporations, multi-state entities, and he represents clients in tax matters before the Internal Revenue Service.
Prior to joining WFY, Thomas held tax positions with PIMCO Advisors, a prominent investment management company based in Newport Beach and Daewoo Motors, a Korean automobile manufacturer which was later acquired by General Motors.
