In August, Wright Ford Young & Co. celebrated 50 years of service among clients, friends, and colleagues.
Over 200 guests joined the celebration which included casino games, music, an array of hors d’ oeuvres, and many laughs shared among friends in the local business community.
To commemorate their 50 years of service, Wright Ford Young & Co. committed to donating $50,000 to local charities on behalf of the six raffle winners who participated in the casino games. Each winner had the opportunity to direct their winnings to a local charity of their choice. CHOC Hospital, The Autism Community in Action, The Ocean Institute, and Veterans Legal Institute were among the recipients of the winners’ charities. The top winner, Bryan Reese from Citizens Business Bank, awarded his $25,000 prize to Miracles for Kids.
Bob Wright, the founder of Wright Ford Young & Co., thanked everyone with a speech and a story about how the firm flourished to what it is today. “My vision was to have an office with three or four employees, no partners, and a clientele I enjoy working for and with,” he continued, “and today, we are prosperous, we have golden clients, about 100 team members, we are the largest CPA office in Orange County, and it’s just unbelievable.”
